Overview
We all know about the tragic story of Humpty Dumpty, but did you know that his family tree is full of other amazing eggs? That's right! Great Uncle Dumpty was actually an amazing acrobat and Rumpty Dumpty was the first egg to fly solo around the world! In this Easter holiday creative writing and publishing workshop, students will create a new member of the Dumpty family and write a story that traces the origins of their unique talent. [Please note: This workshop will be offered both face-to-face and online and the curriculum will be adapted to run over 6-8 hours. Face-to-face sessions will be capped at 4 students per class. Online sections of the workshop will be capped at 6 students per class and include in the course fees a 30-min one-on-one session for each student for additional support as the students revise and edit their work to be published.]
